Our integratedliving family is growing (and we love it!), with more clients joining our community and exciting new opportunities becoming available. We’re looking for friendly, organised and customer-focused people to join our Carrington-based Call Centre in upcoming Customer Service roles.

What a Day Can Look Like

- Respond to client enquiries and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Support clients with bookings, information and general enquiries
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve questions and provide solutions
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records
- Build positive relationships with clients,



families and colleagues
- Help ensure every customer has a positive experience with integratedliving

What you’ll bring

- A genuine passion for helping people and providing great customer service
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centres or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- A positive, solutions-focused approach
