MAMA is looking for an accomplished Senior Designer to join our creative team in Teneriffe.

n

We are a boutique advertising and creative agency with a strong specialisation in property, working across an extensive portfolio of prestigious clients, developments and brands.

n

We are looking for someone with genuine creative depth. A designer who can take an idea from its first thought through to beautifully resolved execution across brand, campaign, digital and print.

n

This is not a production-only design role.

n

It is an prospect for an experienced creative who wants to contribute ideas, influence the work and be surrounded by talented people who care deeply about what they produce.

THE ROLE

n

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects encompassing:

- Brand identity and brand development
n
- Property and project marketing
n
- Advertising campaigns
n
- Creative concepts and campaign platforms
n
- Brochures, publications and editorial design
n
- Digital campaigns and social content
n
- Website creative and digital design
n
- Signage, display suites and environmental graphics
n
- Presentations, pitches and new-business creative
n
- Art direction and campaign rollout
n

You will be comfortable moving between big-picture creative thinking and the detail required to make every piece of work feel considered and complete.

n

ABOUT YOU

n

You are an experienced Senior Designer with a demonstrated career in a comparable creative role, ideally within an advertising, branding or design agency.

n

Experience in property would be highly regarded, although we are equally interested in exceptional designers who have built their careers in fashion, retail, lifestyle,



hospitality or other design-led industries where brand, aesthetics and commercial outcomes matter.

n

Your portfolio will demonstrate sophisticated creative thinking, excellent typography, strong art direction and an ability to create brands and campaigns rather than simply execute them.

n

You will have the technical capability expected at senior level, but equally important is your creative judgement.
