What makes you great

- Experiencein a process plant, manufacturing, reliability or similar operationalenvironment
- Ideallyyou will have five years' experience in a leadership or technical role
- StrongHSE capability, ideally within a Process Safety or Major Hazard Facilityenvironment
- Confidentpeople leadership skills, with the ability to coach teams and driveaccountability
- Havethe ability to have difficult conversations, manage performance and driveproductivity
- Youwill have the ability to make an informed decision and own it
- Soundtechnical knowledge across plant operations, maintenance and controlsystems
- Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions underchanging priorities
- Clearcommunication style and a collaborative approach to working withstakeholders
- Relevantengineering qualifications in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or arelated discipline
- Experienceusing business, maintenance and safety management systems
