Mason Lawyers is seeking a talented Personal Assistant / Paralegal - Conveyancing to support our team of Licensed Conveyancers at our Warners Bay office.

The role offers an excellent prospect for someone looking to develop their career in conveyancing.

You will provide essential support to our conveyancing team, assisting with the management of residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive seamless service, by providing support to our team of Licensed Conveyancers.

This is a full-time position, but we would be prepared to consider an applicant who requires some flexibility, such as reduced hours each day (eg school hours) or flexible hours (eg to accommodate study or family commitments).

Work from home flexibility is also available after an initial induction period.

Ability to work co-operatively in a team

Tasks and Responsibilities of this role include:

Producing and amending legal documents

Assisting with administrative tasks

Generally supporting the Licensed Conveyancers and team members as required

A willingness to assist as part of a team is essential,



with the firm expecting all team members to perform tasks that are required to provide quality service to our clients.
