About the Role
n
As a Venue Manager, you will oversee both Restaurant Operations and Functions Operations across Nikola Estate, to ensure seamless function delivery.
n
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the venue operations, delivery, team management, customer engagement and financial performance.
n
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and someone willing to be hands on.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Oversee all daily venue operations,
ensuring a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency
n
- Monitor and manage staffing levels with Assistant Restaurant Manager and Functions manager, to meet business targets
n
- Lead, and develop a high-performing front of house team
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage guest relationships
n
- Manage restaurant processes including opening end of day stocktakes menu uploads
n
- Hands-on approach to daily operations - you will be required to do restaurant shifts in quiet winter periods
n
- Availability to Saturday and Sundays
n
