Surf Life Saving NSW is seeking a calm, adaptable IT qualified to support the technology underpinning our Remote Operations Centre (ROC). Reporting to the ICT Lead, you will provide responsive technology support to help keep systems, devices, communications tools and applications available, secure and fit for purpose.

You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to readiness and business continuity.
