They are now seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage it's financial accounting and shared services functions and provide support to the CFO and wider business. This role will also have exposure to FPA/commercial finance and strategy support.
You will manage a high performance team and oversee all financial reporting, shared services and GL accounting.
Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around cash management, optimisation of team structure and internal controls.

- CA/CPA essential
- Experience is a scale up or high growth organisation is key
- A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace
