Randstad is seeking an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to work across multiple sites throughout Brisbane and Ipswich. This opportunity is ideal for a confident operator with solid final trim experience and a high level of accuracy. You will be joining a safety-focused team and operating quality, well-maintained equipment across active site environments. What's on offer:

- Monday to Friday: 6:00am-5:00pm

- Occasional Saturdays: 6:00am-12:00pm

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Completing detailed final trim excavation works to required levels and specifications
n
- Using Topcon or similar GPS machine-control systems
n
- Reading plans, levels and site instructions accurately
n




- Operating excavators safely and efficiently around personnel and other machinery
n
- Completing daily pre-start checks, logbooks and plant documentation
n
- Refuelling, greasing and performing basic operator maintenance
n
- Keeping machinery clean and in good working condition
n
- Working closely with supervisors and site crews to achieve daily production targets
n
- Following all WHS and environmental procedures
n

To be successful, you will need:

n

n
- A minimum of two years' experience in final trim or detailed excavation
n
- Previous experience using Topcon or a similar GPS system
n
- Strong knowledge of levels, grades and precision earthworks
n
- A relevant excavator ticket or Verification of Competency
n
