Your duties will include but are not limited to: nn
- Greeting customers and welcoming them to the Bowens store
n




- Making coffees for customer and employees to a high standard
n
- Keeping the coffee/café area clean and fully stocked
n
- Assist the retail team on the counter as needed
n

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate: nn
- Prior experience as a Barista or making coffee
n
- A passion for customer service and be able to build great relationships
n
- Be fast and productive whilst producing a quality cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate
n
- A self-motivated approach
n
- Demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels with a passion for understanding customer needs
n
