About the Role

Based in Campbelltown, NSW, this role combines office-based collaboration with field-based client engagement.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, develop advertising solutions and build lasting client partnerships. Once established, you'll manage and grow these relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and increased revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, approach and secure new business across Macarthur.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare tailored advertising proposals and presentations.
- Manage clients from initial prospecting through to campaign delivery.
- Grow existing accounts and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous media sales experience, preferably in radio, advertising or integrated media.
- A proven track record in recent business development and account growth.
- Confidence in direct sales, prospecting and client presentations.




- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Media sales experience is genuinely preferred, along with the ability to work independently in the field and contribute to a collaborative team.
