Primo Foods is seeking a Freezer & Dock Supervisor to join our Operations team in Wacol, QLD for a 12 month fixed term contract.

n

This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, resources, equipment and workforce activities across the Freezer & Docks function to ensure the productive storage, picking, packing and movement of goods. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will support safety, quality, service and productivity outcomes while driving day-to-day operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Coordinate warehouse activities including receival, picking, dispatch, inventory movements, and vehicle turnaround in line with operational priorities
n
- Promote and maintain a safe workplace by identifying, addressing and escalating safety risks and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
n
- Support DIFOT performance through effective workflow coordination and operational planning
n
- Ensure RF transactions, inventory records, pallet documentation, and system activities are completed accurately and on time
n
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with company policies,



HACCP requirements, DAWR regulations, Safe Food standards, and quality management systems
n
- Coordinate the efficient processing of transit vehicles to optimise throughput and minimise delays
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Experience in a similar supervisory role within a complex, multi-site environment
n
- Sound knowledge of transport and distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, and storage management
n
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, DC systems, RF technology and Microsoft Office applications
n
- Well-developed problem-solving, operational coordination, planning, and process improvement capabilities
n
- Forklift licence required; relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are preferred
n
