Job Description

Design and manage Windows, On-Prem, VMware, and Azure environments in a critical infrastructure setting. Bridge traditional enterprise systems with contemporary cloud tech, ensuring seamless operations. Work on innovative solutions that enhance performance and security while collaborating with a forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities:

n

Provide Level 3 support across Microsoft Azure, VMware, Windows, and networking environments.

n

Design, implement, and maintain Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions, including identity, networking, and security.

n

Support hybrid cloud environments, working with VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.

n

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, storage, networking, and security.

n





Lead virtualisation initiatives and automation projects using PowerShell or Bash.

n

Configure and optimise Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.

n

Skills & Experience Required:

n

Strong experience providing Level 3 support in an Azure environment.

n

Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, and Entra ID/Azure AD.

n

Extensive knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Clustering, and DFS.

n

Virtualisation expertise in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.

n

Networking experience with Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco (firewalls, switches, routers)
