About you

Your responsibilities include:

Assist the Store Manager in driving sales with the team to achieve targets and KPI’s

In conjunction with your Store Manager develop and train the team to increase productivity

Create a safe working environment for the team and customers

Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximize sales

Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

Experience Required





Ability to develop your management skills and lead a small team

High standards of customer service delivery

Exhibit enthusiasm and self-motivation
