As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Spa Manager to lead our passionate team and deliver a luxury client experience that matches our signature services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a boutique wellness environment. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will be guided by our Spa manager while assisting with the operations of two locations. You’ll play a key role in both the business and client experience, managing day-to-day operations while still performing treatments. You’ll collaborate closely with the company owner to uphold and elevate our brand standards.

Your Responsibilities:

- Perform our signature treatments with professionalism and care.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of spa professionals.
- Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and appointment coordination.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations,



ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service.
- Respond to client feedback with empathy and solutions-focused thinking.
- Work alongside the business owner to improve systems, drive growth, and maintain a nurturing workplace culture.
