About you

You are an experienced Bus Driver with exceptional customer service skills and a strong knowledge of the road networks across the Byron Bay and Gold Coast areas. You are confident driving passengers safely and professionally and enjoy creating a positive experience for our customers.

You will be reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a busy tourism environment. You will also be flexible and willing to travel between locations as required to support our operations.

You must hold:

- A current Australian Driver Licence
- A current NSW Driver Authority (QLD Driver Authority is advantageous)

About the role

We are seeking a Casual Bus Driver based in Byron Bay to safely transport our customers as part of our tourism operations.





The role will primarily involve transporting customers from our Byron Bay location, with occasional driving to the Gold Coast and other locations as required to transport customers and support operational requirements.

This is a casual position offering approximately 25–40 hours per week, with flexibility required to meet operational and customer demands. The role may include early starts, weekends and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating a large coaster bus while transporting customers between locations
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders
- Completing required administration and using relevant IT systems effectively
- Demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence and reliability in your day-to-day work
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained to a high standard and reporting any issues promptly
- Following all relevant road safety, company and operational procedures
- Following directives from the Drop Zone Manager as requested
