Toll Recruit are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our client based in Lytton.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of transport operations, ensuring accurate processing of documentation and maintaining solid communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with transport bookings, delivery updates, and general service enquiries
- Follow up on customer requests and outstanding enquiries to ensure timely resolution
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipments and delivery schedules
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and resolve issues
- Accurately process high volumes of operational data and maintain document management systems
- Validate, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies across documentation and system records
- Prepare and upload revenue data to support accurate and timely invoicing
- Assist with monthly invoicing and ad hoc billing requirements
- Process and track subcontractor documentation, following up on outstanding paperwork
- Provide general administrative support, including purchase orders and vendor administration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, transport, logistics, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Monday to Friday hours with no weekend work
