The Role:

As a Temporary Accommodation Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Auto & General customers following a home claim, managing their temporary accommodation needs with care and efficiency. This is more than just a customer service role; it's a chance to be the reassuring voice and the logistical wizard for customers experiencing a challenging time. Your days will be wide-ranging and impactful.

You’ll be:

- A Customer Champion: Providing high levels of empathy and exceptional customer service to our A&G; customers, as well as liaising with internal teams, property managers, and hosts.
- A Master Negotiator: Utilising your strong negotiation skills to meet customer needs within budgeted allowances.
- A Detail Dynamo: Ensuring seamless bookings, managing critical dates, and proactively handling invoices and refunds.
- A Process Creator: As this is a brand-new service offering for CIS, you'll have the exciting chance to shape and perfect processes, contributing directly to the evolution of the role.
