Office IT Administrator and Software Engineer

Combined Demolition Services - Terrigal NSW

Own and support the day to day technology environment across CDS while improving how the business uses systems, automation and software. This is a hands on office role combining IT support, systems administration, automation, integration and practical software development.

Key responsibilities

- Provide day to day IT support to office and operational employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, devices, printers, connectivity, user access and application issues
- Set up and manage users, devices, accounts, permissions and access across company systems
- Manage employee technology onboarding and offboarding, including access, devices and account changes
- Maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices and other office technology
- Administer and maintain CDS business systems, cloud applications and technology platforms
- Manage permissions, security groups, licences, subscriptions, system access and application configuration
- Identify repetitive or manual business processes that can be automated and design and implement workflow automations across CDS systems
- Build integrations between platforms using APIs, workflow tools, scripts and other appropriate technologies
- Develop and maintain internal tools, applications, scripts,



dashboards and utilities where required

About you

- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in IT support, systems administration, software development, automation or a similar technology role
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem solving ability
- Experience supporting business users with hardware, software and cloud based systems
- Experience administering users, permissions and business applications
- Experience building automations, integrations, scripts or software solutions
- Understanding of APIs, databases and system integrations
- Ability to diagnose technical problems independently and follow them through to resolution
- Strong documentation and communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non technical users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously and contribute effectively as part of a team
