Loan Administration and Operations Manager role with a growing organisation, overseeing the full loan lifecycle for a term and construction lending portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced loan operations professional who wants ownership of both the servicing function and the systems that sit behind it.

Reporting into senior management, you'll manage the complete loan lifecycle from commitment to repayment, including current loan boarding, settlement coordination with legal, and complex modifications and restructures. You'll also lead the conversion of construction facilities to term loans — verifying conditions precedent, managing financial close documentation, and re-boarding amortisation profiles and pricing accurately on conversion.

Day to day, you'll lead a small team responsible for daily servicing (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments), covenant compliance monitoring, and collateral tracking, while owning the monthly reconciliation of loan balances and supporting month-end close and statutory reporting.





You'll also act as business owner for the loan management system — validating system-calculated interest, fees and amortisation, working with Treasury Operations on configuration, and building automated workflows to improve efficiency across the function. There's real scope here to build out the procedures manual and move loan files into digital document management as the function matures.

To Be Considered For This Role You Ideally Have

- 7+ years' experience in loan administration or portfolio management, across term and construction facilities
- Experience with construction or development finance, including staged drawdowns and conversion to term
- A track record leading and developing a small team
- Strong knowledge of loan management systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field
