About You
As the Store and Sorting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Wonthaggi Store, including achieving monthly budgeted sales, undertaking stock control, and motivating and leading a small team of dedicated volunteers. This is a part time role and some Saturday work may be required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a retail store
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a retail store or similar environment
- Merchandising, recruitment, and training experience
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Experience working with volunteers
- Hands-on leadership skills
- Highly motivated and dynamic individual
- Ability to work autonomously
