Willowdale Rural in Deloraine, TAS is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead day-to-day workshop operations on-site. You will plan schedules, allocate tasks, and supervise workshop staff while coordinating the fabrication and assembly of livestock equipment to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
You will monitor equipment use, organize maintenance, manage stock of materials and tools, and maintain a clean, secure working environment.
