Job Description

Lineage Logistics seeks a visionary Regional Manager, Customer Care - Asia Pacific to lead the next chapter of customer experience transformation across APAC. This role will shape the operating model, technology roadmap and capability for a growing function.

You will oversee a regional network of 80–100 employees across Australia, Current Zealand, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam, delivering measurable outcomes and building a Centre of Excellence.
