About our Front of House:

Our front of house team plays a pivotal role in the running of the hospital by receiving and facilitating communications and bookings for clients, patients, referring vets and internal team members. From referrals to emergencies, administration and phone triage, these team members are dedicated and skilled.

We are looking for a passionate, likeminded client service professional who is excited by being challenged and who is eager to progress their skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts is required.

About You:

Someone that can work independently with a reliable, adaptable and proactive approach to their work whilst maintaining compassion and empathy. We are looking for a client services team member who has the following skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm and Friendly with the ability to build positive rapport quickly
- Clear and effective communicator in extreme situations with empathy, grounding and calmness
- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Highly organised with good time management and work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

- Previous Animal/Veterinary/Medical industry experience
- Previous reception or admin experience
- Knowledge of PiMs, Ezyvet but not essential
