We have an exciting opportunity for a TelephoneOperator to join our award winning, vibrant and passionate team at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in our mission of delivering higher levels of service excellence, creating memorable moments and exceeding every expectation making brand advocates and guests for life.

As a Telephone Operator, you will provide highly polished customer service, have impeccable listening and multi tasking skills, ability to solve problems and a genuine desire to ensure the best outcome for our guests.

Your key responsibilities

- Answering incoming calls from both in-house and external guests.
- Log and follow up on guests requests with the appropriate departments.
- Direct calls to guest rooms, departments, or key stakeholders of the business.
- Places outgoing calls when required.
- Provides information about hotel services to guests.
- Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required.
- Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels and understanding the importance of team work within hotel operations.

To be successful in this role you will have
