Salary is dependent on your experience. $75,000- $100,000 + super + PD budget (pro-rata for part time)

Our wonderful small TEAM is made up of brilliant Speech Pathologists with a range of experience who are fun and love what they do. We care deeply about our team as they are the heart of our practice, and we are committed to ensuring they feel both supported and valued, with manageable caseloads. This is because it is important to us that our team genuinely love walking through our clinic doors each morning before work.

We are now on the hunt for the next amazing speech pathologist to join our growing team. Ideally we're after a full time clinician, however part-timers are welcome to apply as well.

Current Grads and Early Career: We love how new grads and early career Speech Pathologists bring their fresh knowledge and enthusiasm to their new career. We’ll provide you with ongoing training and supervision to ensure you feel supported.

Your Role at TSST:

You’ll assess and provide therapy and support to children,



teens and their families. This could include speech sound disorders, language, literacy, fluency, Neurodiversity Affi­rming therapies (including supporting Gestalt Language Processors) AAC, orofacial myofunctional therapy.

Develop, implement and document therapy plans, progress and outcomes.

Participate in weekly team meetings, case discussions and supervision.

Collaborate with others that are involved in the child’s multidisciplinary team (OTs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, ENTs, Paediatricians etc).

Attend in-clinic and external professional development.

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology

Working With Children Check

Current first aid
