We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Dental Assitant/ receptionist with a mature can - do attitude to be part of our friendly team.

What is expected of the role:
n
n
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
n
- Patient care from entry to the surgery, recall management
n
- Manage, update and file patient's records and correspondence systematically
n
- Accurately book and coordinate lab jobs
n
- Accurately process fees and reconcile invoices
n
- Ensure reception is clean and tidy and any reading/display materials are up-to-date
n
- Experience in Exact dental management software
n
- Chair side assist for multiple dentists doing a variety of general dentistry orthodontics and implant
n
- Uphold our strict Infection Control.
n
- Daily cleaning checklist.
n
- Maintain stock levels for dental surgeries.
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a dental Assitant/receptionist
n
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
n
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
n
- Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
n
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
n
- A great attitude towards teamwork
n
- A willingness to learn & develop
n
n

The Successful Candidate Requires

Certificate III Dental Assisting 1 year plus
n
Must be an Australian Resident
n
Current police check
n
