Liaise with external contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation is maintained
Coordinate the application, tracking and approval of building, demolition and council permits
Maintain accurate specifications for client selections, fixtures, fittings and colour schedules
Oversee projects from commencement through to successful completion
Provide administrative support to the construction team, including managing trade certificates, occupancy permits, council permits and authority connections
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support
About you
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the residential construction industry
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with staff, contractors and clients
Highly organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
