MacKillop Family Services in Nowra, NSW, is seeking Therapeutic Youth Workers to support young people in our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) program. The role is full-time, in office, with opportunities for growth and a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
You will mentor youth, model positive behaviors, support daily living, and work with a dedicated team to meet individual needs. Significant disability experience is preferred and flexibility for shifts is required.
