The Coffee Club About the Role As a Cook at The Coffee Club, you will play an essential role in preparing and delivering our signature dishes, from all-day breakfasts to modern café classics. You will ensure each meal is prepared with quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of café-style meals from

The Coffee Club menu

- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver timely service
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials




- Maintain proper temperatures on ovens, grills and fryers for secure, consistent cooking
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff where required

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 1yr previous experience as a cook
- Qualification: A Certificate IV in Kitchen Management/Commercial cookery
- Knowledge of food preparation, dietary requirements and allergen handling
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
