A rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and professional Property Manager to join our friendly, experienced team.

The Portfolio

n

Approx. 170 well-managed properties

n

Supported by a shared Property Management Assistant

n

No viewings – handled by our dedicated Leasing Consultant

n

No new management prospecting – we have a BDM for that

n

No end-of-month trust accounting – managed by our Trust Manager

n

No Property Condition Reports – outsourced to professionals

n

No routine inspections – handled by our in-house Inspection Team

n

This role allows you to focus on what you do best: building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Need

n

Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS) – essential

n

Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Management – minimum 6–12 months required

n





Solid computer literacy – experience with Property Tree, Process Street, and Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable

n

Excellent time management and attention to detail

n

Professional presentation and strong communication skills

n

Commitment to exceptional customer service
