Swift Legal is seeking a full-time Legal Office Junior / Receptionist to join the team based in the Hervey Bay office. The role involves reception duties, diary and file management, correspondence production, and general administration in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Reception duties including answering calls and assisting clients who attend at the office
- Diary and file management
- Acting as the "face" of the office at reception
- Developing and maintaining a strong professional working relationship with clients
- General admin including data entry and document creation via Word
About you
- Prior receptionist / legal office experience
- A passion for client service with a confident and friendly phone manner
- Enjoys working in a close-knit team in a rapid-paced environment
- Able to work without supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
