- Join the finance team of a growing real assets investment manager supporting a portfolio of fund and project entities.
- Broad exposure across fund accounting, financial reporting, development accounting and investment operations.
- Work closely with investment, asset management and other internal stakeholders, offering a genuine business partnering element rather than a purely reporting-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare month-end management accounts and consolidated fund reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations, journals and IFRS financial reporting.
- Review property accounting prepared by external property managers.
- Prepare unit pricing, investor reporting and statutory financial statements.
- Manage tax compliance including BAS, GST, tax distributions and forecasts.
- Coordinate external audits and support internal control processes.




- Assist with debt management, investment administration and custodian instructions.
- Support development projects, cost accounting and cash flow forecasting.
- Contribute to process improvements, systems enhancements and finance documentation.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting including portfolio analysis, Capex reporting and regulatory returns.

About You

- CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years' accounting experience, including post-qualification experience.
- Robust technical accounting skills with consolidation experience.
- Background in funds management, financial services or the property industry.
- Experience with property accounting systems (MRI or similar) is highly regarded.
- Strong Excel skills with a naturally analytical mindset.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- Enjoys problem solving, improving processes and taking ownership of work.
