The role involves…

Delivering outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone, by text, and via email

Assisting patients before and after treatment

Managing bookings, payments, and patient records

Conducting patient consultations and explaining treatment processes, costs, timelines, and outcomes

Using Microsoft Office and specialist dental applications

Balancing administration tasks with patient care responsibilities

Demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail,



and professionalism

Communicating with clarity, kindness, and respect with both patients and colleagues

Experienced in a dental or medical setting, particularly in customer service and/or sales

A confident communicator who builds rapport easily
