What’s on offer:

- 70% of billings or $170 per hour, whichever is higher




- Private billing practice
- Take over an existing patient base from a retiring GP
- Skin work available, with a Skin Cancer Clinic within the medical centre
- Currently 6 doctors, with 2 not taking new patients
- More than 29,000 patients, offering excellent demographic potential for higher billings
- 2-bed treatment room, care plan and health assessment space, and dedicated procedure room for skin work
- Pathology on site
- Very experienced practice manager and 2IC
- 2 nurses on site daily
- X-ray, CT, ultrasound, pharmacy, physio, chiropractor, podiatry, and optical all within 50 metres of the practice
