Working within a close-knit team, this B2B sales role focuses on maintaining and growing an existing account list while also attracting new clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing recent revenue streams and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients. The role requires an integrated solutions approach, drawing on the wide range of resources available across our broadcast network.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and sustain productive, long-term client relationships across a diverse customer base
- Create persuasive sales pitches and presentations for the radio network
- Negotiate, communicate and present with confidence and professionalism
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new clients
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets
- Work independently with motivation, initiative and a positive attitude




- Deliver strong commercial outcomes for both clients and the station
- Maintain accuracy, strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute ideas

About you

- Passion for sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised and professionally presented
- Media sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Show professionalism, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and have access to a suitable vehicle
- Have the right to work in Australia
