We are looking for a Property Preparation and Project Coordinator to join a growing residential real estate business.

This a hands-on role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for real estate with exceptional organisation and creativity. You enjoy transforming properties into market-ready homes, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

About the role

You will work closely with homeowners, trades, suppliers, stylists, photographers and the sales team to prepare properties for market.

Your role will include:

- Walking through properties and identifying what needs to be done
- Coordinating minor renovations, repairs and improvements
- Organising painters, gardeners, cleaners, handymen and other trades
- Obtaining quotes and managing project budgets
- Creating project timelines and keeping everything on track
- Coordinating styling and furniture
- Organising decluttering, rubbish removal and storage
- Arranging photography, video, drone and floorplans
- Attending photography shoots to ensure the property is presented correctly, and everything is being created on brand
- Organising building and pest inspections
- Reviewing reports and coordinating any required follow up
- Reviewing, proofreading and editing property copy where required
- Checking campaign material and property information for accuracy




- Working with the sales and marketing team to ensure campaigns are ready to launch

About you

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, creative and great with people.

Someone who can walk into a home and immediately see what could make it look better.

You will enjoy working with trades and suppliers and know how to get things done.

You will be confident managing budgets and Excel spreadsheets and comfortable having multiple projects running at the same time.

Most importantly, you will be able to manage multiple properties, clients, trades and deadlines while remaining cool, calm and collected.

You will have:

- Robust organisational and project management skills
- A creative eye and interest in property and interiors
- Strong Excel and budgeting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Great relationship building skills
- A practical and solutions focused approach
- The confidence to take ownership and get things done

Experience in property, real estate, construction, renovations, styling or project management would be highly regarded.

The opportunity

This isn't a traditional desk job.

You will be out visiting properties, meeting trades, working with clients, attending photography shoots and helping transform homes before they go to market. Every property will be different, and every project will bring something new.
