TheQuantity Surveyor isresponsiblefor:

Providing cost estimation for feasibility studies

Preparing estimates of cost

Providing budget and cashflows

Provide post contract services including measurement, valuation and negotiation of variations, estimates of cost increase and advising on revised cost implications

Advising on construction methods and techniques, procurement processes, contract types and contractors

Formulating and implementing benchmarking processes

Monitoring the design against budget

Relevanttertiary qualifications in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

A positive and proactive approach

AIQS / RICS accredited candidates will be highly regarded

Theabilitytoworkautonomouslyaswellaspartofaprojectteam
