What You'll Be Doing

- Run the day – own the Plumbing call board and keep our technicians moving.
n




- Make the call – match the right technician to the right job.
n
- Stay one step ahead – manage changes, solve problems and keep the board full.
n
- Keep customers in the loop – provide updates and ensure no surprises.
n
- Set the team up to win – plan ahead, track results and help achieve daily goals.
n
- Deliver 5-star service – work with our field team to create great customer outcomes.

About You

- Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities.

- Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and field teams.

- Dispatch, scheduling or logistics experience highly regarded.
