We are looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Brunch Chef to join our busy café team. If you are a hardworking chef who enjoys a good team environment, takes pride in your food and wants a stable Monday-to-Friday position with early starts and early finishes, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook brunch and breakfast menu items to a high standard

Maintain good food quality and consistency during busy service

Manage kitchen responsibilities independently

Take food safety, cleanliness and presentation seriously

Work as part of a supportive team environment

About you

Experience working as a chef, preferably in a café, brunch or breakfast workplace

Hardworking, reliable and organised

Works well as part of a team,



experience in training new staff. Leading skills

Good communication and a positive attitude

Can work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities

Takes food safety, cleanliness and presentation seriously

Knowledge or experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage

$80,000 annual salary + super

Monday to Friday only

6:30am - 3:00pm hours
