About the Role

As a Warehouse & Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, loaded, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock
- Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stock movement
- Strap, secure, and pack products onto delivery trucks
- Perform manual handling and lifting tasks as required
- Assist customers with loading and unloading orders
- Frequently get on and off the forklift to place dunnage between products
- Work collaboratively with management and the production team
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues
- Follow all workplace safety procedures,



policies, and site rules
- Support production and warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Manual driver’s licence preferred (not essential)
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong English communication, reading, and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Commitment to accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
