About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues across a variety of sites
- Installing, maintaining, and servicing diverse plumbing systems




- Providing expert guidance to customers on plumbing solutions
- Ensuring all work meets safety compliance and industry standards
- Completing digital job notes, photos, and documentation accurately
- Pipe relining and rehabilitation across residential and commercial properties
- CCTV drain inspections and no-dig repair solutions
- Collaborating with teammates to consistently exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years plumbing experience in a maintenance or repair role
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide explicit, qualified advice
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to complete digital documentation via phone/tablet
