- Proven ability to analyse requirements & provide test case traceability
- Exposure to Test Management tools like X-Ray / JIRA / ALM
- Implement Test Governance across the project Test lifecycle

Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing & administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a Test Lead.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Producing reports, interpreting data & analysing results using standard statistical techniques;
- Delivering impactful communication by translating technical & complex information clearly & concisely for diverse audiences;
- Building supportive, collaborative working relationships within & across teams, & engages with technical business areas to achieve outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required

- Implement Test Governance across the project Test lifecycle;




- Thorough understanding of Test Phases & Test Types & a detailed understanding of the Defect Management process & an ability to define key metrics for each;
- Experience in using generative AI & driving spec-driven practices to enforce design-first principle;
- Exposure to the Agile Delivery methodology.
