Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and investigating customer account queries
- Daily cash allocations and account reconciliations




- Monitoring aged debtors and following up outstanding payments
- Conducting collections calls and maintaining customer relationships
- Supporting daily banking activities
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable responsibilities

Requirements:

- Previous Accounts Receivable or collections experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- High attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
