We are seeking an experienced Commercial Coffee Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Bendigo, Victoria.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining work in our dedicated in-house servicing department with field‑based servicing and repairs at customer locations.
We are looking for someone who is technically capable, reliable and organised, with the confidence to manage their own workload and provide professional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Respond to breakdowns and prioritise urgent service requirements logically
- Perform servicing and repairs both in-house and at customer locations
- Manage your own service schedule and daily workload
- Maintain accurate service, maintenance and repair records
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas, tools and equipment
About You
- Previous experience servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines
- Sound knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Strong fault‑finding, diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
- A reliable, organised and logical approach to breakdowns and repairs
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Availability to work part‑time, Monday to Friday
