n An exciting opportunity now exists for a Store Manager to lead their Indooroopilly location,and this could be the perfect next step for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager ready to take ownership of their first store.
n The Role |
n As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Indooroopilly store, leading your team, driving sales and creating an incredible customer experience.
n This isn't about needing years of Store Management experience. We're looking for someone with the energy, leadership potential and commercial mindset to step up and make the store their own.
n You'll be supported by an experienced retail leadership team while being given the autonomy to build your team, understand your customer and identify opportunities to grow the business.
n In addition, you will:

- Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing and engaged store team.
n
- Drive sales and key retail KPIs including traffic, conversion, ATV and UPT.
n
- Create a fun, welcoming and memorable customer experience.
n
- Build commercial awareness within your team and turn results into action.
n
- Recruit, onboard and develop great retail talent.
n
- Take ownership of rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day operations.
n
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
n
- Look for creative opportunities to drive traffic and build awareness locally.
n
- Build relationships with your customers and create a genuine store community.
n
- Support local events, activations and initiatives that give customers another reason to engage with the brand.
n




- Work closely with the wider retail team, sharing ideas and opportunities to continually improve the store experience.

The Skillset |

This could be perfect for an experienced Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or emerging Store Manager who is ready to back themselves and take the next step.

- Experience within fashion, lifestyle, homewares or another customer-led retail environment.
n
- Strong Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or Store Management experience.
n
- Confidence leading, motivating and developing a team.
n
- A good understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
n
- A hands-on approach and genuine love of being on the shop floor.
n
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
n
- An eye for product, visual merchandising and presentation.
n
- Energy, initiative and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
n
- A proactive mindset, you'll naturally be thinking about how you can drive traffic, grow sales and build your local customer community.
