We have 1x full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. 1x part-time position working Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with the opportunity to pick up additional days for the right candidate. Your role will involve a variety of clinical duties in a busy and supportive medical environment at Gympie Day and Evening Clinic.
Key responsibilities
- Vaccinations and immunisations
- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments
- Chronic disease management and care plans
- Assisting with clinical procedures
- Patient education and support
- Working collaboratively with doctors and the wider medical centre team
- Maintaining a high standard of clinical care and patient safety
About you
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Legal right to work in Australia
- A genuine commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and professional approach to patients
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop your clinical skills
- Professional practice that aligns with organisational values and commitment to patient care
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and patient confidentiality
- Previous experience in general practice or a medical centre environment is preferred but not essential
- Friendly and supportive team environment
