The Role

Bankstown Lidcombe Medical Imaging, part of the Carlisle Health Group, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis.

This is an opportunity to work within a supportive medical imaging environment, assisting with a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of patients throughout their imaging journey.

Key responsibilities include:

- Administering medications and sedation in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice.
- Monitoring and caring for patients before, during and following procedures.
- Assessing patients and responding appropriately to changes in their clinical condition.
- Supporting radiologists and the broader medical imaging team during procedures.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to relevant policies and safety standards.
- Providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Background and experience

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant clinical nursing experience; procedural, sedation or medical imaging experience is highly regarded.




- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
- A calm, professional and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
