Full time Site Manager position in the CBD of Tamworth.

Do you have experience as a category manager at a supermarket? Are you a shift manager at a Quick Food outlet?

This site has a full restaurant and takeaway food offer, so experience/qualifications in the food industry would be highly desirable.

This role requires a “hands‑on” approach and will involve all aspects of site management including, but not limited to:

- Daily Reconciliations
- Banking
- Staff management
- WH&S; compliance
- Stock control
- Food safety compliance
- Implementing and maintaining company policies
- Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and suppliers

The successful applicant will have:

- A strong, team-based work ethic.

or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of fuel industry point of sale and back office systems and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to successfully manage a diverse team of staff.

- The ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
