- Mobile/community caseload with admin and reports from home
- Fully flexible scheduling - set your own hours, days, and appointments providing KPIs are met!
- Weekly specialist supervision + fortnightly face‑to‑face catch ups with the team
- Above market salary up to $120k + unlimited paid external PD + fortnightly bonuses for overachieving on KPIs
- Supportive & structured onboarding with up to 3‑month ramp up to full KPI expectation

What about the Role?

- Wide-ranging mixed caseload across:
- Nonverbal clients
- Avoidant/restrictive intake disorders
- AAC prescription & implementation
- Chewing & swallowing
- Picky eaters; desensitisation to foods and textures
- Neurological conditions
- Lower than average KPIs; 5 billables per day with 30 mins of travel time per client counting towards your KPI
- Admin all covered by a dedicated team of 5, with booking left up to you so you can schedule clients around your personal commitments
- Fully mobile role serving clients within 30 mins of home
