Hours: 30–38 hours per week, with flexible working days and hours by agreement.

Pay rate: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and capability.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and outdoor channels to increase brand awareness, support promotions, and generate quality enquiries.

Manage the dealership's online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online advertising.

Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials and support showroom events, launches, and community engagement activities.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategies and improve outcomes.

Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics,



adjusting tactics as required to maximise ROI.

Maintain relationships with external vendors, media, and partners to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

About you

Experience in automotive marketing or retail marketing preferred.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

Graphic design capability, including confidence preparing clear, professional marketing materials for digital and print use.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.

Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

Working Conditions

This role is based at the dealership in Wagga Wagga NSW and offers flexible working days and hours, with occasional weekend or after-hours work required during special promotions or launches.
